You’ll work independently with support from dispatch and the branch manager. The role offers growth, training, and benefits, with a strong emphasis on stability and taking ownership of field challenges.

Qualifications

• Trade school education or equivalent.
• Universal CFC certificate required.
• Valid driver license with clean record.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Focus on mechanics with commission opportunities if desired.
• Work independently with dispatch and branch manager support.
• Tackle challenges to improve skills and logical reasoning.
