Trademark Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and service residential systems. You will engage with clients, troubleshoot equipment, and document work in our trade software while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as an HVAC service technician.
• Residential HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and safely.
• Maintain air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage lines.
• Log repairs in Service Titan and other trade software.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards.
• Explain issues in non-technical terms to clients.
