Marshall’s Specialty Services is hiring a full-time HVAC service technician in Springfield, OR. The role focuses on performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on residential heating and cooling systems, water heaters, gas fireplaces, and related equipment.

You will handle on-site service calls, communicate clearly with customers, and follow The Perfect Service Call method to deliver high-quality experiences. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 4–5 years HVAC experience.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable through Marshall’s insurance carrier.
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with tools used in the job in a safe manner.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with on-site information for maintenance bids.
• Train junior techs on The Perfect Service Call process.
• Perform on-call service visits with proper documentation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, water heaters, and gas fireplaces.
• Diagnose and maintain tanked and tankless water heaters and related equipment.
• Document work with notes and photos in the software system.
