Marshall’s Specialty Services in Springfield, Oregon seeks an experienced HVAC residential service technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and install equipment with a strong focus on quality and customer care.

Requirements include 4–5 years HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, Water Heater Installer’s License, LP License, and NATE certification. Full-time with possible weekend rotations.

Formación

• 4–5 years HVAC experience
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Valid driver’s license
• Water Heater Installer’s License
• LP License
• NATE Certification in Gas Heating (Air)
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair ducted and ductless systems, gas fireplaces, and inserts.
• Perform like-for-like tanked and tankless water heater replacements.
• Handle on-call weekend rotations and emergency service calls.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and professional conduct on-site.
