Marshall’s Specialty Services in Springfield, OR is seeking a Residential Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on residential HVAC, water heaters, and related systems. You’ll work with the Perfect Service Call methodology, handle on-call weekend rotations, and document work clearly for customers.

The role requires 4-5 years HVAC experience, relevant licenses (Water Heater Installer, LP), and NATE certification. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Competenze

• 4–5 years HVAC experience.
• Water heater installers license required.
• LP license required; NATE certification preferred.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Assist on-site information gathering for maintenance bids.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, water heaters, and gas appliances.
• Diagnostics and repairs on tanked/tankless water heaters and related systems.
• Document work with notes and photos in the software.
• Meet KPI targets in monthly service revenue.
