Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Deliver clear, honest recommendations to customers.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance according to company quality standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate job status effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.

Compensation & Schedule

• $27-$40 per hour base (Top performers earn $40+/hour with incentives)
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime
