Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber license required.
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and work within code specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain solutions clearly.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and job quality standards.
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with the team when needed.

Pay: $31-$36/hour depending on experience (earning potential up to $45/hour with performance incentives)
