Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is hiring Residential HVAC Installation Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team in Waco, TX. We offer a clear path for advancement and strong earning potential based on experience.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM with occasional overtime. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 is available for qualified candidates. We emphasize quality workmanship and long-term careers with steady year-round projects.

Job description

• Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
• Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
• Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
