GSM Services is hiring a Parts Runner to keep our Residential HVAC service team moving and our customers comfortable. You will deliver parts, verify orders, and assist technicians, ensuring materials are available when needed. The role emphasizes organization, independent work, and teamwork in a busy environment.

You should be dependable, with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Keep the Team Moving by delivering HVAC parts and equipment between locations.
Verify parts and materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
Support field technicians with loading, unloading, and handling tools and materials.
Keep operations organized by returning unused materials and documenting purchases.
Help manage inventory with routine counts and discrepancy reporting.
Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries.
Maintain vehicle readiness and perform routine inspections.
Follow safety policies and represent GSM Services professionally.

What You'll Do

Keep the Team Moving: Pick up and deliver HVAC parts, equipment, and materials between suppliers, warehouses, and job sites.
Ensure Accuracy: Verify parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery tickets to help maintain accurate records.
Support Field Technicians: Assist with loading, unloading, and handling tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
Keep Operations Organized: Return unused materials, warranty items, and purchasing documentation to the warehouse.
Help Manage Inventory: Perform routine inventory counts and report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
Communicate Effectively: Stay in contact with dispatchers, technicians, and warehouse personnel to coordinate deliveries and material needs.
Maintain Vehicle Readiness: Keep your company vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained, and complete routine vehicle inspections.
Work Safely: Follow all company safety policies and procedures while representing GSM Services professionally.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Strong listening skills and the ability to read and write at a high school level.
Basic computer skills; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
Basic knowledge of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment is preferred.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
Good communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent internal customer service.
