GSM Services is a longstanding, family-owned HVAC company serving the Greater Charlotte area. We’re seeking a dedicated HVAC Installer to perform commercial installations with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will work on a range of systems and collaborate with a team to advance through GSM’s career path and certifications, with leadership opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Must own a starter tool set and higher-end tools.
• Powder Gun and AWP Certifications required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience reading and interpreting job specs and equipment manuals.

Aufgaben

• Install commercial HVAC components and equipment.
• Read model numbers and determine system tonnage.
• Lead projects as needed and train others.
• Maintain safety standards and guidelines on job sites.
