EmergencyMD in Englewood, Ohio is hiring a Residential HVAC Selling Technician to diagnose, present, and sell replacement options on each service call. You’ll take ownership from first diagnosis through financing, with a strong emphasis on explaining options to homeowners and securing the sale.

This role offers an hourly base aligned to experience, plus commission, a $5,000 signing bonus, and benefits including a company truck, phone allowance, IRA, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Experience selling replacement systems in home.
• Comfort with financing applications and payments.
• A positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC equipment on every call.
• Identify replacement opportunities and present them on the spot.
• Walk homeowners through repair and replacement options.
• Present and process financing so price never kills a sound recommendation.
• Follow through from the sale to the install so the customer stays taken care of.
