EmergencyMD in Englewood, Ohio is hiring a Residential HVAC Selling Technician to diagnose, present, and sell replacement options on each service call. You’ll take ownership from first diagnosis through financing, with a strong emphasis on explaining options to homeowners and securing the sale.

This role offers an hourly base aligned to experience, plus commission, a $5,000 signing bonus, and benefits including a company truck, phone allowance, IRA, and health coverage.

Residential HVAC Selling Technician

You already know how to diagnose and fix. This seat is about what happens after the diagnosis.

We're growing our Englewood, Ohio location and serving the greater Dayton area, and we're looking for a technician who wants the price book in his hands. You'll run service calls, find the problems, and when a system is at the end of its life you'll be the one who walks the homeowner through it. Not a handoff to somebody else. You see it, you present it, you sell it, and you get paid on it.

That means being thorough on every call, because the opportunity is usually sitting in the equipment nobody looked at closely. It means walking the homeowner through each repair and replacement option so they can make a real decision about their home. And it means knowing the financing cold, because a good recommendation the customer can\'t pay for isn\'t a recommendation at all.

Do that well and your hourly is the floor, not the ceiling.

What You\'ll Do

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC equipment on every call
• Identify replacement opportunities and present them on the spot
