Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Experience selling replacement systems in the home.
• Comfort with financing applications and payment conversations.
• A positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC equipment on every call.
• Identify replacement opportunities and present them on the spot.
• Walk the homeowner through each repair and replacement option.
• Present and process financing so price never kills a sound recommendation.
• Follow through from the sale to the install so the customer stays taken care of.
