Job summary
T and T Plumbing and Heating is hiring an HVAC Installer for residential retrofit work in the Fort Wayne area. You will install retrofit/changeout HVAC systems and coordinate with customers and team members to ensure efficient execution.
The role requires 3+ years of retrofit experience, EPA Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a fulltime schedule, some evenings/weekends, and strong benefits. Training and growth opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience.
- EPA Universal Certificate required.
- Allen County Journeyman license highly desired.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Retrofit/changeout installs of HVAC systems for residential and commercial settings.
- Install new and replacement HVAC systems meeting standards, safety requirements, and specs.
- Collaborate with team, customers, and contractors for efficient installations.
