Job summary

All Seasons Inc in Tacoma, WA is seeking a dedicated HVAC Retrofit Installer to perform residential and light commercial retrofit and replacement work. You will install ducted and ductless systems, run natural gas piping for HVAC equipment, and read electrical schematics and blueprints.

You will also mentor apprentices, ensure quality workmanship, and lead crews to complete projects on schedule while advancing your certifications with employer support.

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience completing residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installations.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC system design, ductwork layout, and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC retrofit and replacement installations.
• Install both ducted and ductless heating and cooling systems.
• Install and connect natural gas piping for HVAC equipment.
• Run and install refrigeration line sets in accordance with industry standards.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints.
• Test, balance, and verify proper system operation after installation; educate customers on their new equipment and indoor air quality products.
• Mentor and train installation apprentices and new team members on proper installation techniques.
• Lead installation crews by overseeing workmanship, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
