Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Tech Rockstar to join our team. You’ll perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes at customer sites, while explaining findings and keeping the system running smoothly.

We value detail, clear communication, and lifelong learning. EPA certification (or readiness within 3 months) and a valid driver’s license are required, with the ability to lift up to 100

Qualifications

Completion of a technical training program or HVAC coursework.
EPA Certification or eligible within 3 months.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and filter changes at customer sites.
Educate homeowners about maintenance agreements and product options.
Build foundational knowledge in electrical and refrigeration principles for career advancement.
Complete maintenance checklists thoroughly and communicate with dispatch.
Operate vehicle safely and adhere to safety standards.
