Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar in Champaign, IL is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Tech Rockstar to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes at customer sites with professionalism and accuracy.

You will educate homeowners about maintenance options and products, develop your electrical and refrigeration skills, and collaborate with dispatch to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience or completion of a technical training program is preferred.
• EPA Certification (or plan to obtain within 3 months) and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at scheduled appointments to perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and filter changes.
• Educate homeowners about maintenance options and products to keep systems running longer.
• Build your foundation in electrical and refrigeration principles for advancement into full service work.
• Complete maintenance checklists thoroughly and coordinate with dispatch to keep schedules.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow "Zero Accidents" safety standards.
