You should have a minimum of 6 months in HVAC service, a valid driver’s license, and an EPA Certification (or drive to obtain it quickly). Expect ongoing training, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in HVAC service; ability to run maintenance calls solo.
• Valid driver’s license; pass background and drug screens.
• EPA Certification or drive to obtain it quickly.

• Willingness to meet performance goals and advance skills such as soldering and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Expert: work independently to maintain residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Quality Maintenance: perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes to Edelman Standard.
• Customer Education: inform homeowners about system health and maintenance options.
• Continuous Improvement: track progress with dispatch and complete service forms.
• Professional Operations: maintain vehicle safety and keep tools in top condition.
