Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Tech Rockstar to join our Midwest team in Bloomington, IL. You’ll perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes at customer homes.

We invest in your career with about 20 hours of training per year, and you’ll advance toward wiring diagrams and troubleshooting. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required, and you must lift up to 100 lbs and drive our company vehicle safely.

Qualifications

• EPA Certified or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and crawl in tight spaces.
• Willing to learn wiring diagrams and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tune-ups and safety inspections.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance options.
• Build foundation in electrical and refrigeration basics.
• Complete maintenance checklists accurately and report to dispatch.
• Maintain safe driving and zero-accidents policy.
