Qualifications

• Willingness to pass drug and background screens and pursue ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes.
• Educate homeowners about maintenance agreements and products to extend system life.
• Build foundation in electrical and refrigeration principles and basic wiring.
• Complete maintenance checklists thoroughly and coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Operate company vehicle safely and uphold Zero Accidents standards.
