Your Daily Mission:

• The On-Site Pro: Arrive at scheduled appointments to perform routine maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes.
• Customer Education: Walk homeowners through what you found during the visit and inform them about maintenance agreements and products that keep their system running longer.
• Skill Development: Build your foundation in electrical and refrigeration principles, basic wiring, and system components - the groundwork for advancing into full service work.
• Precision Reporting: Complete every maintenance checklist thoroughly and communicate clearly with dispatch to keep the day on schedule.

What You Bring to the Table:
