Edelman is hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Tech Rockstar to join our team. You will arrive at scheduled visits to perform routine tune-ups, safety checks, and filter changes, while educating homeowners about service options.

We support your growth by building a foundation in electrical and refrigeration concepts, with clear reporting to dispatch and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is preferred; a technical training program or HVAC coursework is a plus and we will train the right attitude.
• EPA Certification or eligibility within 3 months, and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks in varied weather.
• Commitment to drug and background screens and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• On-site maintenance tune-ups, safety inspections, and high-quality filter changes at scheduled appointments.
• Educate homeowners about maintenance agreements and products to keep systems running longer.
• Build foundation in electrical and refrigeration principles and system components for future growth.
• Complete maintenance checklists thoroughly and communicate clearly with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Operate company vehicle safely with a focus on zero accidents.
