Action Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Journeyman for residential new construction. You will install complete HVAC systems, read blueprints, and ensure code-compliant workmanship while coordinating with the construction team on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC Journeyman’s License required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Current EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Demonstrated experience with residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical plans, and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC systems in new residential construction, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, specifications, and equipment schedules.
• Lay out and install ductwork, fittings, boots, registers, and other HVAC components.
• Set and securely position furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and system checks for proper operation.
• Complete projects efficiently while meeting production and quality targets.
• Maintain documentation of installations, materials, and services performed.
