Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality and respect for customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install equipment per manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep installations moving.
• Diagnose installation challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Explain new equipment and basic system operation to homeowners.
• Maintain high workmanship, organization, and cleanliness.
