• EPA Certification.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• High workmanship standards and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and identify equipment problems.
• Complete repairs and service work efficiently and to quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep systems running.
• Explain issues, options, and maintenance recommendations clearly.
