Job summary

Strada Services is seeking an AC Installer to install HVAC systems in new residential construction sites in Arkansas. You will follow manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company standards to ensure safe, reliable installations.

Responsibilities include ductwork installation, mounting of equipment and thermostats, performing tests, maintaining safety, and communicating with teammates. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment in residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in new residential construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans.
• Maintain quality standards on installations and tasks.
• Uphold safety standards at all times.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel about project details.
• Willingness to operate a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
