Job summary

Strada Services is seeking an AC Installer to fit heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction. You will follow manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company requirements to install ductwork and equipment.

You will install HVAC units, thermostats, grilles, pipes, and bath fans while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires 1 year of installation experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment in residential homes.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The AC Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts.

• Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties.
• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
