Job summary

Aspire Heating and Cooling is expanding its team in Winston-Salem, NC, seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer. You’ll install heating and cooling systems for homeowners, with support to maintain Aspire’s standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Expect year-round work and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is based on installation experience and performance, with pay up to $45 per hour and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Residential installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and represent the company professionally.
• EPA Certification preferred; may be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and complete system replacements.
• Connect refrigerant lines, electrical components, ductwork, thermostats, and related accessories while verifying proper operation.
• Maintain organized job sites and complete installation documentation accurately.
• Train and mentor apprentices and newer technicians when applicable.
