Qualifications

Two years of residential HVAC installation experience.
EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type II Certification required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge.
Experience completing residential system replacements and equipment change-outs.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Own basic HVAC installation tools.

Responsibilities

Install residential heating and cooling systems, including complete system replacements.
Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor coils.
Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system verification.
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
Communicate project updates and operating instructions with homeowners.
Complete installation paperwork accurately using company technology.
Work independently or alongside other installers to complete projects efficiently.
Represent Horne Heating and Air Conditioning with professionalism on every job.
