Wilson's Refrigeration & Air in Pomaria, SC is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will install systems to our high standards, ensure safe and efficient work, and communicate clearly with homeowners and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential installation experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and either a NATE certification or a plan to obtain one within a year.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• NATE Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to coach and develop less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to company quality standards.
• Ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Mentor and support entry-level installers as part of a collaborative team.

Pay Range: $18-$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Overtime Available
