Wilson's Refrigeration & Air in Columbia, SC is expanding its Commercial HVAC service team. We’re seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, perform preventative maintenance, and document work thoroughly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC field service experience.
• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make sound repair and replacement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues.
• Recommend repairs and replacement solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial customers.
