TSP talent is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential heating and cooling installations across the service area. You will lead an installation crew, size systems with accurate load calculations, install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and verify performance.

You will ensure code compliance, maintain a clean jobsite, and mentor apprentices to support ongoing technical development. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work with a customer-first approach in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, refrigerant handling, and ductwork.
• Ability to perform load calculations and troubleshoot startup/testing.
• Working understanding of code compliance and safe jobsite practices.
• Leadership skills with ability to guide and train team members.
• Professional communication, punctuality, and teamwork with focus on clean workmanship.
