Vander Hyde Mechanical in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to install, service, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems to code. You will diagnose issues, maintain safe work sites, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience.
• Type II EPA or Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Position: Lead Residential HVAC Installer

• Install, service, or repair HVAC and plumbing systems according to code and company standards

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm with occasional overtime based on demand

Pay: $25.00-40.00 per hour, depending on experience + bonus opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ Years of experience in Residential HVAC installation.
• Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Must possess your own basic hand tools
• Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
