Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with residential HVAC installations.
• Strong background in HVAC system design, ductwork, and equipment setup.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with plumbing, welding, and sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Full-Time Employee Position | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Pay - $30 - $35 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with strong residential installation expertise.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Position Overview

As an HVAC Installer, you will install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes according to specifications and industry best practices. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with full residential HVAC installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install complete new HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and refrigeration equipment
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans
• Perform plumbing connections and proper refrigerant handling
• Weld and fabricate components as needed for custom installations
• Conduct system start-up, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system operation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations and materials used in ServiceTitan
