Coastal Air Plus in Charleston, SC seeks a Residential HVAC Installer to join a full-time team. The role runs 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• NATE Installation Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and low-voltage wiring.
• Ability to test, commission, and balance HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment according to company standards.
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Perform system startups, testing, and balancing.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Assist with training and supporting less experienced installers when needed.
