First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role runs 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and leadership potential. Candidates should have 5+ years of residential installation experience and EPA Universal Certification.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred or able to obtain within one year.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC design and installation.
• Knowledge of electrical, gas, refrigerant, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to apply residential HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems to company standards.
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and refrigerant lines.
• Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently.
• Test and balance systems for proper operation.
• Mentor and assist junior installers as needed.

$27-$42/hour depending on experience + bonuses

Full-Time | Albuquerque, NM Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime Available
