- Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team.
- Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites.
- Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers.
- Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations.
