Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing in Omaha, NE is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. This full-time role offers hourly pay (20-40/hr) plus commission, with an earning potential of 130K+ annually based on performance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Training and tools are provided, with company benefits after a short eligibility period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience or related mechanical experience.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
