Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Residential Service & Installation division. You will lead service, installation, and sales teams, manage daily operations, and drive performance across the field.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in operations leadership within home services, strong supervisory and technical knowledge, and a valid driver's license. This role reports to the General Manager and offers bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations/branch/service management.
• Experience in home services HVAC/plumbing a plus.
• Knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing and air flow.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local and national HVAC codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service, install, and/or sales teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Supervise and delegate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship.
• Coach, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and sales team members to improve performance and drive results.
• Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly budget targets, and manage labor and material expenses.
• Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and field operations to optimize productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to field teams.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Review reports, track KPIs, and support the General Manager with operational planning and data analysis.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes.
• Follow the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process.
• Conduct weekly meetings.
