The Lee Company in Alabama is seeking a skilled residential HVAC installer to lay out, assemble, install and startup systems including ductwork, gas piping, venting and electrical connections.

• Lay out, assemble, install all areas of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, setting and startup of split and package units.
• Install gas piping, venting and electrical connections.

Job description

Summary of Job:

Lays out, assembles, installs all areas of residential HVAC installations including any ductwork, setting, and starting up split and package systems. Gas piping, venting and electrical as well.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of field experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• EPA certified to handle refrigerant

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of required duct sizing for supply and returns for 1.5 to 5-ton units
• Able to effectively braze all sizes of copper
• Ability to do metal fabrication
• Basic computer knowledge
