Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Install Helper in Ocala, FL to perform installations, testing, calibration, and schematic reading. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and ongoing training in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction, assist with equipment and tool readiness, and help apprentices while upholding safety and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
