You’ll analyze work orders, perform HVAC installations, read schematics and blueprints, and ensure high-quality results for customers. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting apprentices, and staying updated on HVAC codes and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
