CoolToday is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our Orlando team. The role requires at least 6 months to 1 year of HVAC installation experience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in installing HVAC units, coordinating tools and materials, and communicating with management, dispatch, and customers to ensure successful job outcomes. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience at least 6 months to 1 year.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet climates.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units.
• Move tools, parts, and equipment to and from work stations.
