Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders and address customer concerns.
• Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are equipped for each job.
• Document work accurately and guide apprentices.
