Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor in Austin to help homeowners choose the right comfort solutions. You’ll assess homes, present options, and collaborate with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

The role blends technical knowledge with customer education and relationship-building. Requirements include a high school diploma, HVAC sales experience, and ability to work evenings and weekends with a valid

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar customer service software is preferred.
Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.

Responsibilities

Examine HVAC systems in residential homes.
Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home.
Present options clearly and help customers make informed decisions.
Partner with the install team to ensure a high-quality installation experience.
