Job summary

72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through system evaluations and informed decisions. You will work closely with our installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to installation.

Applicants should have residential HVAC sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; ServiceTitan is a plus. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous residential HVAC sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and lift equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testing.
• Recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each home.
• Present options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
