72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating in Fredericksburg is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor who guides homeowners through comfort decisions from consultation to installation. You will evaluate existing systems, educate customers on options, and recommend best solutions tailored to each home.

You’ll work with our installation team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving to close sales and build trust with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous residential HVAC sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and lift equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testing.
• Recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each home.
• Present options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
