Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your main role includes laundering towels and linens and maintaining resident apartments to high cleanliness standards.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 8pm and join a team that values care, teamwork, and pride in service. Training and benefits are offered to support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but training provided.
• Familiarity with biohazard waste handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Bathrooms: toilet, sinks, bathtubs, wipe countertops and mirrors, sterilize floors.
• Kitchen: wipe counters and under objects, mop kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.
• Empties and rinses wastebaskets.
• Washes inside of windows as needed.
• Cleans all common areas according to standards and practices.
• Maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals properly.
