Job summary

Robertson Homes is seeking a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Agent/Estimator with prior construction experience. A Building Construction degree is preferred but not required; pay is competitive and includes substantial bonus potential.

You will solicit and validate bids, select trades and suppliers, coordinate with the production team, and oversee purchase orders to ensure timely construction billings. This is a pathway to senior roles within our Michigan family business.

Qualifications

• Residential homebuilding purchasing experience or related field.
• Building Construction degree preferred but not required.
• Bonus pay on top of salary is substantial.
