Robertson Brothers Homes in Michigan seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead finish home building operations. You will supervise subcontractors and staff, manage budgets and schedules, perform quality checks, and ensure safety compliance with RH standards.

Prefer at least three years of construction management experience in residential or commercial projects. A college degree isn’t required, but a degree in construction management is a big plus.

• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors and staff.

• Conduct quality checks and safety inspections to ensure RH standards.
• Produce weekly construction schedules and forecast delivery dates.
• Provide service from sales hand-off through warranty period.
